MEET DECLARATION:

It’s time to declare your swimmers for meets! Please follow these simple instructions to let us know which meets your swimmer will/won’t attend:

• Go to our website: https://oldegeorgetowneswim.swimtopia.com/swim_me...
• Click on green Meet Entry button next to meet name
• Click green Edit button under “Your Family Swim Meet Status”
• Use drop down menu under each swimmer to select Attending or Unable to Attend
• Click Save button when complete.
• You can go ahead and declare your child's status for all meets now.
• YOU MUST DECLARE BY 12PM two days prior to each meet as we start to prepare the entries then. Thursday's meet will close at 12pm on Tuesday.
