We will be holding time trials this Wednesday, May 31.

Please try your best to attend time trials so that we can place swimmers in appropriate heats for the meets! We need you to “declare” that you will be at time trials in Swimtopia by noon on 5/30. If you do not declare we will assume your swimmer is attending.

You can follow these directions to declare for Time Trials and for all of the meets as well:

MEET DECLARATION:

It’s time to declare your swimmers for meets! Please follow these simple instructions to let us know which meets your swimmer will/won’t attend:

• https://oldegeorgetowneswim.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
• Click on green Meet Entry button next to meet name
• Click green Edit button under “Your Family Swim Meet Status”
• Use drop down menu under each swimmer to select Attending or Unable to Attend
• Click Save button when complete
