Also, in this email is other pertinent warm up/volunteer info sent out by GCSL today. GCSL also reminded me today that the remainder of our volunteer shifts need to be covered by tonight!

Div. 1 Warmups begin at 11:15 AM 

Warmups End/Pool closes at 11:50 AM 

National Anthem: 11:57 AM 

Meet starts at 12:00 PM(Noon)

OG will warm up in the Warm UP Pool Lanes 3 & 4

Runners meeting – 11:40 AM behind lanes 1 & 2 at starting end. 

Coaches meeting – 11:45 AM in Hospitality/Volunteer Check In Room. 

Reminder: There is NO clerk of course for 11& up so make sure your 11&up swimmer knows what event(s) they are in so they get to them!

Swimmers will need to bring a bag chair with them if they want to sit in one. Otherwise they will sit on the floor.

Eat a big breakfast to fuel up to swim fast and send snacks/lunch for your swimmer!!!

You will not be allowed on the pool deck at all so let your swimmer know to come find  you if they need anything!
