Reminder that tomorrow at 8:45 is picture day. Wear your team suit or a plain black one if you don't have the team suit!

We are excited to swim against Hunter Oaks at our HOME meet tomorrow!

Here is what you need to know:

1. DECLARATION: There are 4 swimmers not declared for tomorrow. These kiddos will NOT swim tomorrow. Go in and declare them for the rest of the meets or this will continue to happen and we would hate for your kiddos the miss out on the meets! Deadline for Monday is Saturday at noon.

2.ARRIVE at 4:45 for warmups.

3. PARENTS OF 10&UNDERS...WE NEED YOUR HELP GETTING KIDS TO THE CLERK OF COURSE BENCHES FOR THEIR RACES ON TIME, esp for the relays! Our amazing coaches do a great job helping to find kids to get them to their races but this responsibility falls to the parents first. Also remember to write your child's name on their back and their event/heat/lane on their arm or leg!

4. FOOD: Support your team by having dinner at our great concessions stand! Please make sure to show your Venmo confirmation to the concessions workers. Kona Ice will also be here and part of their proceeds also go back to the team!

5. RED, WHITE AND BLUE THEME! Come wearing your best patriotic gear!

6. HEAT SHEETS will be sent out tomorrow afternoon and will be available on the website if the link doesn't work! 

7. PARKING: Please park at Sharon Baptist in their parking spots (not the grass). HUGE THANKS to Sharon Baptist for letting us use their parking!!! The lot near the community building is for reserved parking and handicap use only. If you decide to park on the street do so only on one side. DO NOT park in front of the fire hydrants!!!

8. BUDDIES: Remember to bring your buddy an encouraging card and/or treat!

9. VOLUNTEERS: Please see your assignments below and reach out with any questions! Check in with Catherine Bauer at the volunteer table near the entrance! 2nd half volunteers... remember to tag the 1st half volunteer out after event #40.
