We’re looking forward to a great week ahead and wanted to share a quick reminder about two important upcoming events:

1. Parent Zoom Meeting
Wednesday, April 29th

Click on the above link a few minutes prior to the meeting. The meeting will only be 40 minutes long so we will need to get started right away and would hate for you to miss anything. Please also take a few moments to review the team calendar prior to the meeting and print it out if possible. We will be discussing important dates and events this season. 

Calendars are attached to this email for your convenience but please note that there are 2 important dates that are not on the calendar that should be added, May 27th, 5pm Timer Training at the OG POOL and June 22nd, Relay Carnival at the Sardis Pool. This is a brand new event and more information will be provided.

2. Swimsuit Fitting with Reddiset
Thursday, April 30th
🕔 5:00–7:00 PM
📍 Olde Georgetowne Pool
Join us for swimsuit fittings with Reddiset. Drop in between 5 and 7. The King of Fire food truck will also be in the parking lot, making it a fun and easy evening for everyone. Come for the fitting and stay for dinner.

We strongly encourage all families to attend, even if your swimmer is already part of a year-round program. This is a great opportunity to meet other families, connect with swimmers, and get to know board members.

Team Swim Cap Update

Each swimmer’s registration includes a standard latex swim cap. Families also have the option to purchase a personalized silicone cap through the Reddiset team store. These caps are sold as a pair and can be customized with the swimmer’s name for an additional cost of $36 dollars per pair(2).

Please note that because personalized items require a longer production time, the ordering window will be brief and will close on May 3 to ensure delivery before the start of the season. Let us know if you have any questions.
