Hello OG! Please read to the bottom for important info!

1. COACH DONATIONS: As we wrap up another great swim season, it's evident that our coaches put in MANY hours of blood, sweat and tears to make it happen for Olde Georgetowne!

We're thankful for their commitment and dedication to the sport of
swimming and to each and every member of our team. For every hour we see them at the pool, we know that there are many more hours spent behind the scenes preparing work outs, prepping and making changes for the meets, and coordinating all of the logistics that are required for a summer swim league.

We are grateful to be able to offer them a small financial expression of
our thanks through our budget, but we would love for them to feel our
gratitude in a big way!

If you'd like to contribute with an OPTIONAL donation towards the coaches salaries, you can donate via Venmo (@ogswimteam) or if you'd like to pay by cash/check respond to this email to coordinate payment with Sara Miller, Team Treasurer. All donations should be made by end of day Friday, June 27th. (There is no pressure to give; this is an optional opportunity.)

Thank you for all of the support and contributions you as parents have made to the team this season. It's a community effort and we look forward to celebrating together at the Banquet on June 25^th at 6:30pm at Sharon Baptist! (Please remember to RSVP so that we make sure to have enough ice cream for everyone! Also note that we will not have dinner just dessert again this year)

2.. Senior Coach Award: Please use this link to have your swimmer vote for the Senior Legacy Coach Award. Every year we vote on the Senior swimmer who has had the biggest impact on our swimmers and team. Swimmers make an impact in a variety of ways all summer. Whether it is by coaching, mentoring, or inspiring performances in the water we have been so lucky to have these 5 women impact our team!

3. Relay Carnival Parent Relay: Please reach out to Maureen (312-961-5031) or Laurel (214-244-6104) if you would like to participate in either the T-shirt or duck innertube parent relays on Monday, June 22!

4. Picture Update: Debbie will provide us the link to the candid season photos and team pictures after the banquet. We will send that out as soon as it is available!
